We're a small, experienced team that builds custom software for teams who want to move fast and ship things that matter. AI, agents, automation, and full product engineering, under one roof, with one bar.

01/ How we started

The short story.

Upcomingverse exists for one reason: to serve a small number of teams properly, end to end. Not as a vendor, not as a "partner" three layers deep, but as the team that quietly designs, builds, and runs the software your business actually depends on. The kind of relationship where you know the people, they know your domain, and the work compounds across years instead of restarting every quarter.

That's why we've stayed small on purpose. Twenty-five experienced engineers and designers, headquartered in Indore and working with clients across the UAE, the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Six to ten projects in flight at any one time. Just the team you met, doing the work they said they would, on the timeline they said they'd do it.

We work on AI heavily because the next decade of software is being re-built around models, agents, and automation. For us, "AI-first" means knowing when it earns its place and when a simpler answer wins. We use it where the eval is real, and we say no everywhere else.

02/ Principles → the bar

Six things we believe.

  1. Ship beats slide-deck.

    If we can't show working software in three weeks, the plan is wrong. We work in two-week cycles and weekly demos because nothing else proves a system works.

  2. Experienced people only.

    We don't hide juniors in our rate card. Every engineer on your project has shipped multiple production systems before yours.

  3. Boring infrastructure.

    We pick the proven thing. Postgres, Django, Next.js, AWS. Novelty for novelty's sake costs you uptime later.

  4. AI when it matters.

    We use AI where it earns its keep. We say no to the rest. Most "AI features" are a worse version of a button.

  5. Your code, your repo.

    No lock-in. Clean repositories, documented runbooks, CI you can read. We're trying to make ourselves easy to leave.

  6. Small projects, real care.

    We take fewer projects on purpose. Each one gets a dedicated team and the founder's attention every week.
