Acceptance
By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Engagement
Any commercial engagement with Upcomingverse Tech Labs is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and individual Statements of Work (SOWs). Use of this Site alone does not create a service relationship.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, design, code, images) is © Upcomingverse Tech Labs, except where attributed otherwise. For engagement deliverables, IP ownership is defined per the relevant SOW. We default to client ownership of all client-specific work product.
Limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
